"Works well, with a couple avoidable annoyances"
I’ve been using iMazing on my MacBook for a while now, and it’s been solid. It connects to my iPhone without much trouble, and I haven’t had any major issues with backups or moving files around. Every now and then it takes a little longer to load or feels kind of clunky, which seems avoidable, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, it’s nice having something that works with macOS without needing a bunch of extra fiddling.

"Transfers Do the Job"
I’ve used the transfers a few times now, and my gut feeling is that they work well overall. Nothing really stood out as amazing, but they get the job done and I didn’t run into any major issues. Mostly fine for what I needed.

"A little finicky, but it works"
It does the job most of the time. Every now and then it randomly disconnects, which is annoying. I’ll try again, wait a second, reconnect it... and then it’s fine. Not perfect, but not a total dealbreaker either.

"Got most of my stuff back"
I used it to restore my iPhone backup, and for the most part, everything showed up like I hoped—photos, messages, the important stuff. A couple of app settings were a little off, so it wasn’t exactly like nothing had happened, but it wasn’t a big deal. It took me a bit to get through the process, but in the end, it got the job done.

"Fast and Easy Photo Transfer"
In the end, I was really happy with how quickly everything worked. I needed to transfer my photos and expected it to take a while, but it was done super fast with no hassle.

"Works on Windows but a little spotty"
I’ve been using it on Windows and for the most part it runs fine, but I did run into a few random connection issues here and there and they weren’t constant or anything, just kind of annoying when they popped up...

"After an update, iMazing stopped seeing my…"
After an update, iMazing stopped seeing my phone, so I messaged support. They got back to me the next day, which seemed reasonable. The first suggestion didn’t fix it, but they followed up with a few more steps and that ended up working. It wasn’t super quick or anything, but they did keep responding and helped me get it sorted. I’d give it 4 stars since it took some back and forth, but overall the support was good.

"Updates just don’t work on my Mac"
I don’t know what it is, but every time I try to update this on my Mac, it fails. It feels like Mac updates are always a hassle with stuff like this. I’ve tried restarting and running it again, but it just keeps doing the same thing. Frustrating, honestly.

"Pretty good, but iOS updates can make it annoying"
iMazing has worked well for me most of the time, but I do get a little irritated after some iOS updates. Sometimes my phone won’t connect right away, or certain features start acting kind of off, which is not what I want when I’m already in a hurry. To be fair, it usually gets sorted out later, so it’s not a dealbreaker. It’s a decent app overall, just not always as smooth as I’d like with the newest iOS versions.

"Fair yearly price with no surprises"
I went with the yearly plan because the price felt reasonable for what I needed, and I liked knowing the cost up front instead of getting hit with random charges later. I’m usually cautious with subscriptions, but so far there haven’t been any weird surprises. It’s been working fine for my iPhone backups, so I’m happy with it.

"Super Simple and No Issues"
Everything went smoothly and was super simple. I didn’t run into any problems at all, if someone did, it seems like it would be preventable with how straightforward the whole process was.

"Solid Local Backup Tool"
I’ve been using iMazing mainly to back up my iPhone to my laptop, it’s been dependable so far. I even had to restore a few messages and photos once, and it worked without any drama, which was a huge relief. Kind of made me glad I had it set up in the first place. The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that backups can take a bit longer than I expect sometimes, and a few of the menus aren’t super obvious at first. But for keeping a proper local backup, it really does the job well.

"Ended up using it for way more than I expected"
I originally got iMazing just to move photos and messages off my iPhone, but then I started poking around and realized I could use it for backups, app files, music, contacts, texts, even checking battery info, so now it’s kind of the one place I go for all that stuff instead of bouncing between a bunch of random tools. It did take me a little while to find a few menus, but once I got used to it, it felt complete and does what I need

"Worked, but needed a little messing with"
It moved most of the stuff from my old iPhone over, so that was nice. It did freeze once, though, and I had to redo a few apps, which was kind of annoying. That part was weird. Overall it was handy, just not as smooth as I was hoping...

It does a decent job managing songs on my iPhone, but I’ll admit I felt a little misled because I expected the syncing to be smoother and faster. It works most of the time, but waiting around for songs to sync can get frustrating

"Worked well for exporting old messages"
I used iMazing to pull out some old messages, and from what I remember, it went smoother than I thought it would. It took me a little while to get the hang of it the first time, but once I did, the exported chats were really easy to read. The dates were still there, and the attachments came through too. Looking back, the quality of the export was solid, and I’d use it again if I needed to save messages

I’ve been using it for a bit and overall it does what I need it to do. There are a few small hiccups here and there, but nothing too major or frustrating. For the most part, it works well and I’m happy with it.

"Works okay, but something feels a little off"
It mostly does what I need, but something feels off with the layout. It can feel a bit crowded, and I found myself taking longer than expected to find basic things. It’s not bad overall, but I think it would be a lot better if it was cleaner and a little less confusing to navigate

"Pretty straightforward, honestly"
The download was quick, and the setup worked on the first try, which was nice. No weird steps, no random errors popping up… just kind of did what it was supposed to do. So yeah, easy overall
